Soilbuild IPO balloting ratio

Soilbuild IPO balloting ratio is out:

The balloting ratios s quite weird. The chances decreases as the banding increases and then rises as it moves to the higher bands. On the highest band, investors had a 80% chance to be allocated units. Again, we see so many millionaires on this banding.
